A Day in the Life

There's nothing quite like sitting at my computer working on my latest post. Thinking how nice it is to be sipping my coffee, feeling the cool breeze blowing through the windows. Everything is right with the world.....until I hear little feet running through the house towards me. A miniature stampede! All of a sudden, from around the corner I'm attacked by a red headed monster!She stops, spins around and faces the terrible teenager who has dared follow her and screams, "NO!!! YOU'RE A STINKY FART!!!!!!". I have no words (although I'm holding on to a giggle that wants to escape). I just give a look at my now red faced son, who knows he's been caught, red handed, teaching his sister colorful terms and phrases.....yet again.

 

 

Hey y'all! I'm new at this blogging thing. I had a couple of recipes that I kept getting asked to pass along to friends and family, so someone (and you know who you are), made the suggestion that I blog about it. Then I started thinking...I love to cook! I love to do arts and crafts! I love photography! (Obviously, I also love exclamation points!! ;-) )Why don't I share it all! So I made this blog with all those things in mind. I love sharing and helping others realize their potential and artistic side. Even if you think you don't have a crafty bone in your body, guess what!?!?! YOU DO!! and I hope this blog will help you realize just which of those crafty bones you have. Whether is be cooking, painting, taking pictures....whatever! 

So for now, I'm trying not to pull my hair out creating and designing this thing. I'm a perfectionist. One of those that thinks that everything has a place and that's EXACTLY where it needs to be. Annoying I know, but hey! That's me! So I've finally published a few things and hopefully there is more to come. I hope to be seeing and sharing with you all very, very soon!! Later Taters!!
